I've always been quite proud
Of the life I know I'll have
A lovely angel bride and two bright, healthy sons

I hold Time in my hand
All things would go as planned
My family will not suffer as long as I live

But then a stranger came
Full of lies he had to say
About a time in which I would betray my only love

He said he's born from me
But not my angel bride
There is no way that this boy can possibly be mine

"I can never betray the one that I truly love."
"I would rather die than break her heart like that."
"That's what you said and what I came to stop." he said

Wars that rage across all the lands, thousands dying by the day
Families torn and babies cry, mothers slain and fathers gone
People I've known all my life fall, the future I dreamed will never come
Scattered, battered, shattered, oh my God, what have I done?

This is the world he shows me that came from my thoughtless, selfish act
How can he still choose to give his life in exchange for mine like that?
He tells me his dream of a peaceful, loving world where I still exist
How can you smile in such joy when you can never live there too?

"This shattered Time will be made whole again." the strange prince says to me
But how could Time be broken when we know He lives inside of me?

I've always been quite proud
Of the life I thought I'd have
A lovely angel bride and two bright, healthy sons

I held Time in my grasp
But now I see it in you
The power that's only mine was passed into your heart

How could I have been so blind?
We really are alike
You truly are my son and I'm so sorry for my words

Your face now shines so bright
You even have my smile
I swear that I will help you but I don't want your sacrifice

You've undone the mistake that would cost me my life
You've set right the timeline to prevent needless strife
But what's this light? Could it be?
No, please, don't, Time, don't take my youngest boy away

Lights are shining all around us, they are the Nymphs of the Elements
"Little Brother can't live with you, his Time is over and must be gone."
There must be a way, I cannot fail or what use is my gift of Time?
If we're alike then maybe, maybe he can take my place as Him

Light is shining from my heart, Time and I agree to this
"Take this power that I hold and use it to live on for eternity."
Time unites with the exiled prince and frees him from undeserving fate
"I am proud that you're my son so this is how I'll save you now!"

Your eyes are glowing even as long unshed tears trail down your face
Shattered Time was made whole, just like you said would be
AUGH! I bashed my head against this one for ages! One part of this poem just refused to fit the music until I finally got the idea of what caused it and boy did i feel stupid.

I still don't like some parts of this because it just doesn't flow right, but you get the idea. This poem is based on the last of the Evil Saga videos, Re: Birthday. As you can see, it's Orca's point of view this time.

The ending of this poem is actually how the whole mess with Orian will end. Props to my husband ~LordDeathmark for coming up with it. It's a much happier ending than what I had planned and it is the last piece of the puzzle I needed to return Orca to his normal state. That boy still has too much power.

Oh, and in fixing the timeline, Orian never had to take a life at all. Pacifism can save the future too! He just had to look at things from a different perspective than the other Finas are used to seeing.
