BB Andromeda - Normal

First of the OC fairies and named after the AI (ship and android) of the sci-fi show 'Andromeda'. I loved watching that series, Gene Rodenberry came up with some cool stuff. Anyway, here's Tootie's fairy.

Shortly after Timmy's funeral, Romi was assigned to Tootie to help her keep her hopes and dreams alive. She's easily flustered but is demure and polite. The sleeves of her dress are large enough to hold many things including her wand. She considers Tootie to be a close friend and supports her in every way, even if she doesn't always like her choices.

Romi is very by-the-book and panics if she thinks she could be breaking one of Da Rules. When she does panic, her pigtails explode into puffs of frizz. Romi's only real duty to Team Turner is recharging Cosmo and Wanda's wands through a charge ladder system she concocts on Fairy World, and sometimes finds packages to them that she will retrieve for the banished couple.
